My extensive leadership background includes roles as Head of Children’s Services, Responsible Individual, Nominated Individual and Residential Manager. Having also served as a DSL, Compliance Manager, and Data Protection Officer, I possess a comprehensive knowledge of the regulatory landscape and the practical challenges faced by frontline teams every day.
